Assistant Sales Supervisor
Looking for seasoned sales professional who will be motivating, coaching, challenging and closing web design leads gathered by our telemarketing team.
We offer a base PLUS Monthly Commissions AND Monthly Bonuses.
Essential Job Functions
• Responsible for coaching and assisting Telemarketers in closing sales and improving their sales techniques.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with USA clients via telephone and emails
• Create proposals, staff scheduling and preparing weekly sales reports.
• Conducting sales performance evaluations on Telemarketer Team
• Exceeding sales quotas and goals
• Responsible for sourcing and printing daily leads for telemarketers
• Assist in creating and maintaining an upbeat, positive and motivating work environment.
• May also perform Telemarketing duties as needed.
Requirements
• Minimum four-year college education in a related field or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience;
• Excellent communication skills in English, Verbal and written.
• At least 1 year experience in outbound sales or sales executive.
• Flexibility to work graveyard shift or early morning shift
